Mora y Asociados, S.L. in the forms established in the previous paragraph will be included in a filling system called “Folder Clients”, of which the Spanish Agency of Data Protection has been notified with inscription number T17689/2008. The responsible for said folder is Pablo G. Mora y Asociados, S.L., a company of Spanish nationality, with domicile at Cirilo Amorós, 82, 46004 Valencia incorporated at the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, Volume 13.284, Sheet 214, Section 8, Page M-215268 and with Fiscal Identification Code B82058447.

Said filing system solely contains data for personal identification such as name, personal address, company and position in that company, address of the company, telephone, fax and personal and business email address.

The purpose of said folder is the general administration and management of the firm for the rendering of services to their clients, as well as maintaining contact with all of them. Pablo G. Mora y Asociados, S.L. shall be entitled to use the data it has been provided with to send commercial, legal and information of any other nature that it may consider to be of interest for the holder of the personal data.

Any person that has given his personal data to Pablo G. Mora y Asociados shall be able to access, rectify, cancel and object in regards to said data, as established in the LOPD, by sending an email to the following email address: info@gomezmora.com.

Pablo G. Mora y Asociados S.L. has adopted the necessary organizational and technical measures to guaranty the security of the personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, use or access without authorization.

Pablo G. Mora y Asociados, S.L. commits to comply with the obligation of confidentiality established in the applicable legislation with regards to the data contained in the mentioned folder, as well as to not transfer said data without express consent of the holders.
